Gordonville is a city in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri. As of the 2010 census, the population was 391.
Gordonville was named after Sam Gordon, a man who established a watermill along Hubble Creek. Gordon established the first store in 1857 or 1858. German immigrants began to move into the area and established farms around Gordonville. A German Methodist church and a German Lutheran church were organized just south of Gordonville to serve the local German population.
Gordonville Attendance Center is an elementary school serving grades K-2 in the area. It is a part of Jackson R-2 School District.
