Wendy received her real estate license in 1999. She has been a full-time, award-winning
Realtor ever since. Wendy has been active on the local Board of Realtors, having served as the Treasurer, Local Director, and State Director. With more than 2 decades of experience, Wendy has been able to overcome nearly every obstacle for her buyers and sellers. Her goal is to make every sale or purchase an enjoyable and successful experience, with a minimum amount of stress and inconvenience.
Prior to real estate, Wendy’s background was also in sales. She holds a BS in Business
Administration with a Marketing major. Wendy has experience in outside sales, retail sales, and merchandising. She knows and loves our local area, and is (nearly) a lifelong resident of Cape.
When Wendy is not working, you will find her playing with her grandson, hiking with her dog, Shadow, or baking and experimenting with new recipes. However, her priority is ALWAYS her clients! So, when experience matters, call Wendy!
